Compatibility questions
Open Settings and search for “eSIM” or “Add eSIM”. On iPhone it's under Mobile Data; on Android under Network & Internet → SIMs. If you see an add-eSIM option, you're good to go.
Yes. Your device must be carrier-unlocked to use a third-party eSIM. If you bought it outright or finished your contract, it's usually unlocked — check with your carrier if unsure.
An eSIM profile installs on one device at a time. You can move it, but you can't run the same profile on two phones simultaneously.
